In Both BSW & MSW  applicants have to do the following: 

1. Fill up the application form online through Apply Online page. 
2. Payment of application fees Rs. 550 through the secured payment system.
3. Download the payment slip and application form.
4. Fill up rest fields like photo and signature.
5. Submit form visiting the Institute.
